At Modesia, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and any applicable costs.

  1. Shipping Areas Currently, we deliver within the United Kingdom. For international deliveries, please contact our customer service at service@modesia.co.uk.

  2. Shipping Costs Shipping is always free for orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value required to enjoy free delivery.

  3. Delivery Times We strive to deliver your order within the following timeframe:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT).

  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Average delivery time: 6 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or carrier delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.

  1. Track & Trace Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order through our carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

  2. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure that the address details provided are correct. Incorrect address information may result in delays or additional reshipping costs.

  1. Undelivered or Lost Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service at service@modesia.co.uk.

If a package is declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund.

  2. Cancellations and Changes If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@modesia.co.uk. We can only process changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at service@modesia.co.uk. We will provide a prompt solution, such as sending a replacement product or offering a full refund.
