Shipping Costs
We cover all shipping costs for every order over £50. For orders under £50 we charge regular shipping costs stated at £5.95 per order
Shipping Your Order
Found the perfect product on our website? We understand you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we process and ship your order as quickly as we can.
Here’s what to expect:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
The cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM. Orders placed on Friday evening or during weekends may take slightly longer. -
After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery takes an average of 6 to 9 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a tracking code via email within a few days.
This allows you to follow your shipment via our tracking partner. More information is available on our Track & Trace page. -

Delivery
Once your order is delivered, it’s time to enjoy it!
However, if something goes wrong and you wish to exchange or return the product, please visit our Returns page.
Damaged Product?
That's unfortunate! Sometimes products may be damaged during transit.
In such cases, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge the first time.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for the first occurrence.
If the issue happens a second time, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
Order Process
Ordering from Modesia is incredibly easy:

On the information page, enter your shipping details and confirm they are correct.

Continue to the Shipping page, where you’ll see that all deliveries are completely free — our way of thanking our customers.

Proceed to Payment, where you can choose from the following secure, SSL-encrypted payment methods:

After selecting your payment method, click "Complete Order" and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.
If you encounter any issues during checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always resend the package before proceeding with a refund.
If the order has not been received within 60 days of shipping, a full refund may be issued.
Missed Delivery or Post Office Pickup
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a local pickup point, shipping costs remain covered by Modesia.
If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office and is returned to the courier, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.
