How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Modesia is quick and easy! Select a product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details.

What are the shipping costs?

At Modesia, the costs of shipping are £5.95 for orders under £50. Orders above £50 have free shipping included. This applies in the following countries:

- United Kingdom (UK)
- United States (US)
- Ireland (IR)
- Canada (CA)
- Australia (AUS)
- New Zealand (NZ)
- South Africa (SA)

All orders have a possibility for express shipping. This will cut 2-3 days from the actual delivery time and comes at a cost of £11.95.

What are the delivery times?

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. The cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM.

  • After processing, orders are shipped and delivery typically takes 6 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • For express shipping the maximum shipping time will be 2-3 days faster.

These timeframes may vary depending on product availability, peak seasons and your location. (e.g., sales or holidays).

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Shipped back with a track & trace code and customer information.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

What if the item I received is incorrect or defective?

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours at: service@modesia.co.uk.
We will send you the correct item free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it by emailing: service@modesia.co.uk.
After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled. You may still return it in accordance with our return policy once received.
