Return Policy - Modesia

At Modesia, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you can take advantage of our return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

  1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. This applies to all products, except for:

  • Products that are custom-made specifically for you.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, if the seal has been broken.

  1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Any labels and accessories must be included.

  • Contact our customer service to register your return and receive the correct instructions.

  1. Return Procedure Follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service at service@modesia.co.uk and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • You will receive return instructions and the return address from us.

  • Send the product within 14 days of notifying us of the return to the provided address.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • The costs of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a Track & Trace code for the return shipment to track your parcel.

  1. Refunds Once we have received and inspected your returned product, your refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products If your product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt at service@modesia.co.uk. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible by sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

  2. Exceptions The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, unless the product is unopened and sealed.
