Return & Refund Policy
You can return your order within 30 days:

Products must be in original condition and include original tags and labels.

The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.

Returned items must not show signs of use.
Note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without any fault on our part.
Always ensure your return shipment has a track & trace code.
Lost returns without proof of shipment and tracking will not be reimbursed.
Shipping items back without tracking is at your own risk.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email.
The purchase amount will be refunded within a few days after we process your return.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
After this period, orders enter processing and can no longer be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact us at service@modesia.co.uk shortly after placing it.
Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Wrong Item or Size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will replace it free of charge with the correct one.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we have received your return.
Please contact our customer service team for the return address — they will ensure your package can be returned easily.
