3. Air dry: Do not put your clothes in the dryer after washing. Instead, lay it flat or hang it up to air dry. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight as this can fade the fabric.
4. Store carefully: To avoid fading or stretching, store your clothes carefully. Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer, closet or on a hanger. Do not store it in direct sunlight or in a humid environment.
Returns Policy – 30 Days for Peace of Mind
At Modesia, we want you to love every piece you order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a store credit or refund.
Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories, bodysuits, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Returns must be registered online before sending them back. You can start your return by [clicking here].
- Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship your return to us. (It only needs to be scanned at the post office, not yet received at our warehouse.)
- A small handling fee may apply to cover return processing and restocking costs.
- Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issue.
